If you send empty inkjet
printer cartridges for us please take a few minutes of
your time and inspect them. As you know, not all the empty
inkjet cartridges can be refilled. There are some minor but
important things to keep in mind when you send empties for
us.
1. Inkjet cartridges without a print head such as the
Epson cartridges or most Canon cartridges are not recycled;
therefore we do not purchase those empties.
2. The empty inkjet
printer cartridge must be a virgin (No holes drilled) ink
cartridge direct from the vendor. It cannot be a refilled
cartridge.
3. Cartridge cannot be
cracked in any location.
4. OEM Label must not
be - replaced, missing or dirty.
5. OEM Sealing ball or
fill hole cover cannot be removed or tampered.
6. Check nozzle plate
if it is missing or Damaged.
7. Bubble generator
area and circuits must not be damaged or tampered.

Once you have
a minimum of 10 empty inkjet printer cartridges,
carefully pack them to avoid damage during
shipping. Wrap your
empties
lightly with newspaper or similar material to keep them
separated.
Please do not
place three-color inkjet cartridges in plastic bags. This can
cause cross-color contamination since the cartridge contains
three different colors that can flow onto each other.
Pack the empty cartridges in a box.
Print and fill out our
empty
cartridge return form and include it in the package.

are cartridge remanufacturers. We offer consumers a lower-cost
option for running their printers.
First we examine the cartridges
electrically using sophisticated electronic equipment that tests
the print heads and all the electrical circuits. We put every
cartridge under vigorous testing and cleaning and if the empty
cartridges passed these test we refill them.
We use very expensive refilling machines to
accomplish the refilling process properly. Our cartridges are
filled by our unique vacuum process that does not damage the
print head.
Quality is the main concern when we
remanufacture inkjet cartridges. Each refilled
cartridge individually tested for print quality during the
remanufacturing process to make sure all the nozzles are
firing properly. Even slightly worn parts are promptly replaced
